Hot versions include curry soba, kake soba (served in hot broth) and tsukimi soba topped with an egg in broth. There’s also the house special niku (meat) soba, served with a generous helping of negi (Welsh onion) and extra-thick soba noodles. This niku soba can be ordered hot or cold.
