Highlights from the menu include the Strawberry Heart No. 1 shortcake made with fluffy sponge, the Heartful strawberry tart with almond crust, orange-flavoured custard cream and strawberries, and the Strawberry gateau chocolate topped with a strawberry-flavoured red marzipan. There are also heart-shaped macarons filled with rose buttercream and raspberries, strawberry shakes, strawberry and champagne jelly, and dainty cream puffs filled with strawberry and lemon custard cream.
While strawberries may be the draw here, the buffet also features six savoury items including potato gratin, roasted Cajun chicken, steamed fish with yellow pepper sauce, caesar salad and a soup. Of course, the buffet comes complete with a generous selection of drinks, so take your pick from a range of premium tea and coffee.
