The food at this restaurant and café, located on the third floor of the Isetan department store in Shinjuku, bears the mark of virtuoso chef Takemasa Kinoshita. In terms of the atmosphere and the interior, the quality is certainly a few notches above your average in-store eatery. Try chef Kinoshita's signature Hamburg steak (¥1,944), and finish off with a cake from the Sadaharu Aoki selection.
