Time Out says

Masterful conductor and regular Japan visitor Radomil Eliška, a second-generation student of the great Leoš Janáček, directs the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra at this concert that will see performances of a number of pieces connected to the Czech Republic, Eliška’s homeland. Program highlights include the prelude to The Bartered Bride, an opera by Czech composer Smetana, and Antonín Dvořák’s New World Symphony. Hisako Kawamura, who played with the Czech Philharmonic in Prague and on its 2013 Japan tour, will take good care of the piano.
