Magistracy Dining Room introduces chef Alyn Williams
Central’s Magistracy Dining Room welcomes Alyn Williams as the restaurant’s newly appointed executive chef. Aside from working together with British culinary legends like Marcus Wareing and Gordon Ramsay, Williams’ career was also solidified through running his namesake restaurant in The Westbury Hotel in Mayfair, as well as being honoured as the UK’s National Chef of the Year in 2012. Following chef Williams’ inauguration to Magistracy Dining Room, he has created a brand new a la carte menu complete with a wide selection of traditional British flavours. Guests can look forward to dishes such as dressed Dungeness crab ($498) served on toasted crumpets, Arnold Bennett soufflé with smoked haddock ($168), slow-steamed Atlantic cod with crispy caviar and beurre blanc ($788), as well as poached and roasted three yellow chicken ($488) with braised chicken leg pie filling.
