Time Out says

Not many hotels in Tokyo can be said to exude genuine charm, so the Hilltop deserves some credit for retaining its old-fashioned traditions, with antique writing desks and small private gardens for the more expensive suites. That said, its seventh storey, called the Art Septo Floor, offers funky furniture and decor, plus large-screen TVs and enhanced stereos. Known throughout Tokyo as a literary hangout, the Hilltop tries to boost the concentration of blocked writers by pumping ionised air into every room.
