Time Out says

You’ll spot 328’s large neon sign from the Nishi-Azabu crossing. A real veteran of the club scene, it opened way back in 1979. Expect a mix of genres, from soul to dance classics, and an older crowd. On Saturday the focus turns to rare groove, and 328 gets packed (it’s small), so arrive early. It usually stays open past midnight on weekends.
