Time Out says

An izakaya specializing in beef offal, Akachochin is located a five-minute walk from Shinjuku-Gyoenmae Station. The menu here includes familiar yakiniku favourites like gatsu-sashi (sliced beef gut), gyutan-sashi (sliced beef tongue) and harami-sashi (sliced beef skirt), but the go-to menu item is the sashi-mori, a plate of assorted raw meats including liver, heart, spleen and gut, topped with a special gochujang-based sauce. Go early or book well ahead to make sure you get a taste of the more popular offerings, which have enticed the likes of former PM Keizo Obuchi.
