Dominique Saibron Rapide

A high-class Parisian-style bakery that opened on April 16, 2010, Dominique Saibron Rapide is the first of its kind in Japan. By keeping prices relatively low and offering an original range of products that are unique to this store – including their very own mini-croissants – they aim to provide an especially rapid (hence ‘rapide’, the French word for quick) and convenient service that caters to customers who hurry through the station in which the shop is located. In addition to the mini croissants, they also sell the full-size croissants that the Domique Saibron in Akasaka sell more than 400 of each day, and their very own ‘Chou Elysia Rapide’ cream puffs – which make great gifts for anyone with a sweet tooth. The only catch: unlike some of their other stores, they don’t sell quiche.
