Time Out says

In addition to housing a range of fashionable clothing stores, this large-scale shopping mall (which opened on March 19, 2010) boasts over 130 different establishments, including restaurants, confectionary shops, beauty salons, a ‘medical mall’ and more. Built with the aim of providing Yokohama residents and visitors alike with a new facility for shopping and relaxation, the mall includes 52 Japanese stores and 14 new brands from Kanagawa and Yokohama. Each of the mall’s eight levels has its own particular category and on the first floor, the ‘Women’s and Menswear’ floor, you’ll find the UK high street brand Topshop/Topman. The second outlet of its kind in Japan, this highly publicized clothing store has been designed to resemble its UK stores as closely as possible – right down to the clothing racks. Another of the mall’s particularly noteworthy shops, located just across from Topshop/Topman on the mall’s first floor, is the American store Kitson. Originally from LA, Kitson boasts an impressive floor space and offers a range of imported men and ladies fashion in a ratio of 7:3. On the mall’s fourth floor, you’ll find the first shop in Japan to be directly operated by Rockport, an American shoe company established in 1971 and renowned for creating ‘shoes as comfortable as sneakers’. The mall is also home to another first: a new style of cosmetics shop produced by Matsumoto Kiyoshi that claims not to use any medical or pharmaceutical products.
