Notting Hill Cakes & Gifts (CLOSED)

The original London location of this legendary cupcake shop has been frequented by everyone from the late Princess Diana to Elton John and the Beckhams. Their Jiyugaoka location probably doesn't attract as many celebrities, but the cupcakes, cookies, and muffins more than make up for it. The just-right cupcakes are perhaps slightly less unhealthy than most others found in Tokyo, allowing you to feel slightly less guilty every time you're dragged back in here.
