Time Out says

Opened in 1996, this gallery was originally an offshoot of the owner's original space in Toranomon, but the closing of that facility in 2000 and the gallery's subsequent move to Shibaura boosted its profile significantly. Now operating out of Higashi-Azabu, very close to Tokyo Tower, PGI sells photo storage and preservation equipment while hosting exhibitions featuring both up-and-coming names and greats like Yasuhiro Ishimoto and Kozo Miyoshi.
