This luxury bakery at Hotel New Otani is run by chef Shinsuke Nakajima, and carries Nakajima original cakes, fresh bread and a mind-boggling variety of pastries. The fancy 'Super Sweets' series is especially popular, and new releases attract hordes of shoppers. The patisserie products can also be enjoyed at the Satsuki coffee shop next to the bakery.
