Time Out says

Idemitsu Sazo, founder of Idemitsu Kosan Co, collected traditional Chinese and Japanese art for more than 70 years. This museum (opened in 1966) features displays drawn from a respected permanent collection of ceramics, calligraphy and painting (for example, Rimpa-style irises painted by Sakai Hoitsu on a six-fold screen). There’s a good view of the Imperial Palace.
