This is more an observation than a criticism, but we're honestly struggling to remember the last time we made it through a weekend in Tokyo without seeing the names Shinichi Osawa or Dexpistols names pop up somewhere – and usually somewhere big. It's a tribute to how far these electro-peddlin' party monsters have come over the past few years, and their upcoming event at Ageha couldn't have been better named. Osawa plays in his Off The Rocker duo with Bonjour Records boss Masatoshi Uemura, with additional sets from DJs Aki and Kyoko, and a 'special live' performance from new outfit The Quickys. All of which should be incentive enough, but if not: there's also free entry for ladies wearing hot pants. Ouch.
