Young@Heart Live in Japan

Sun Sep 16 - Mon Sep 17, 2012 Orchard Hall

Time Out says

Everyone's favourite singing senior citizens are back. Although they've been active since 1982, New England's Young@Heart – a chorus group whose members are all aged 70 or over – will be familiar to most people from the 2007 Channel 4 documentary about them, which was turned into a feature film the following year. With their penchant for unconventional rock and pop covers, these elderly choristers are an entertaining bunch – on their first Japan tour in 2010, they even grappled with hits by local rockers The Blue Hearts and RC Succession.
