Pianist Francesco Tristano is as comfortable navigating the works of J.S. Bach and John Cage as he is Derrick May and Jeff Mills, which might be why you're as likely to see him in a nightclub as a concert hall. He'll be aiming for the dancefloor during his latest trip to Tokyo, where he's the star attraction at a new, multimedia party titled Aliens Don't Dance.
