The term 'dubstep' has long since ceased to be useful in describing the music of producer Peverelist, whose work inhabits a liminal zone between techno, UK garage and the sound system culture of his native Bristol. The Punch Drunk label boss promises to push things into even stranger head-spaces with Livity Sound, a new vinyl-only imprint devoted to music by himself and fellow Bristolians Kowton and Asusu.
