Time Out says

'If there’s ever been a time for partying and escapism from everyday drudgery, this is it,' said Norman Jay recently, in reference to his upcoming DJ gig at Queen Elizabeth's diamond jubilee party in London. The rare groove master and Gilles Peterson pal will be getting warmed up for his big day with a show in Tokyo this Friday, where he's been booked to spin for three hours in the main room. Groovy instrumental trio Ovall support.
