Arch minimalist Jens ZImmermann has copped some flak recently for being a little bit too reductive in his productions, but you can forgive him for his austerity: after all, he's got to find some way of distancing himself from his involvement with early-'90s Eurodance sensations Culture Beat. If you can forgive him his past crimes and don't mind having your dance music stripped to the bone, Zimmermann can be a bracing presence behind the decks – and he'll be well supported at Eleven by the ever-reliable DJ Nobu.
