There's no telling if any cinema royalty will actually show up for this Halloween tie-in with Tokyo International Film Festival, though they've made a savvy choice by booking surf rock trio The 5.6.7.8's (you know, they were in that Tarantino film). The DJ lineup includes Peli, Fujiko and Naoki Serizawa, with decorations courtesy of self-styled flower artist Makoto Azuma.
