Time Out says

This year the Yoga fest will be taking place for the 7th time. The festival will bring together 72 of Japan’s top, world-recognized yoga instructors for an event offering lessons at every level, from beginner to advanced. Yoga can’t be summed up simply, with many different styles being practiced, like Ashtanga, Power, Kripalu, and Hatha, but at the festival it’s possible to try them all and find the one that best suits you. To participate in the lessons you need to buy a ticket and book in advance on the festival website (www.yogafest.jp/2010/). On Saturday September 25 there will be a fashion show and during the festival there will also be a free yoga showcase area with stalls selling all kinds of yoga goods, from mats to clothing, and also light meals.
