Staking its claim for Southern Tokyo's hottest spot this spring, the Futako-Tamagawa Rise shopping centre is set to include rental giant Tsutaya's new concept bookstore, along with the same brand's first-ever electronics shop, a 10-screen cinema complex, a fully equipped gym and pool, and more shops than most people can look through over a single weekend.
