Cut to resemble real diamonds and crystals, these extra-special candy drops sure look rather impressive, especially when placed inside one of the limited-edition gift boxes available only at Ginza's Mitsukoshi and Isetan in Shinjuku in the run-up to 'White Day'. Both tastier and cheaper (from ¥3,456) than real bling, they make for excellent gifts – but are unlikely to pass for engagement ring substitutes.
