Time Out says

Exploring the possibilities of sound and music from a variety of perspectives, this innovative festival has reached its third edition and centres on collaborative projects by North American and Japanese experimental artists. The lineup includes names like Michael Snow, Aki Onda, Alan Licht, Kath Bloom, Reiko Kudo, Loren Connors and Keiji Haino, while the 'New Sound Sanctuary' project will be presenting a 'sound installation' in addition to a live performance. Sound Live Tokyo will also see the first-ever performance of the Japanese version of 'Antigone Dead People', a Canadian-born theatre piece that breaks with just about every convention imaginable.
