Half Gods

Renowned director and playwright Hideki Noda helped transform manga artist Moto Hagio’s tragic short story Half Gods into a critically acclaimed play, one that will now be performed for the first time in 15 years. Directed by Noda himself, this sad but brilliant piece about conjoined twins Shura and Maria – one ugly but highly intelligent, the other beautiful but mentally weak – is a true masterpiece. The all-Korean cast delivers a memorable performance. The play will be performed in Korean, with Japanese-language audio provided through headphones.
