Time Out says

Held at Omotesando's brilliant Space Café, this two-part summer celebration of our universe kicks off on July 16 (the launch date of the Apollo 11 mission) with Moon-themed workshops and other fun, and will run until July 20, when Neil Armstrong became the first human to set foot on the lunar surface. Part two begins on August 1, the Chinese calendar date for Tanabata, and consists of a 'Star Week' complete with quiz competitions, 'planet scooping' (instead of goldfish, you know) and star map-drawing classes. Recommended for all avid stargazers and sci-fi fans.
