Time Out says

Tenugui is a handkerchief-like cotton cloth that can be used for everything from wiping and wrapping to interior decoration in Japan. With the support of tenugui specialists Kamawanu, this exhibition will be showing work by 23 Scandinavian designers based on the theme fika, meaning quality tea time spent with family and friends (yes, the Swedish have a special word for this invaluable time). Come see this collaboration between two cultures and take a good look at the designs – if you fancy any of the displayed hankies, you can get them at the Kamawanu shop in Asakusa between April 26 and May 8.
